MyFirstHome is a service provided by Target Servicing Limited, on behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency, funder and regulator of affordable housing in England.

What do they do?

MyFirstHome offer a range of post-sales services to home owners who have bought a home
with the help of a Government funded shared equity or equity loan product.

These products include:

  • Armed Forces Home Ownership Scheme
  • FirstBuy
  • First Time Buyers' Initiative
  • Help to Buy
  • HomeBuy Direct
  • London Wide Initiative
  • Starter Home Initiative.

Services to home owners who bought their home using one of these options ranges from the collection of fees payable on an equity loan to administering redemptions (paying off the equity loan/ shared equity) in full or in part. Support any transaction relating to financial and legal aspects of your home whilst there is public funding invested in it.*
